Who We Are
Akruno was founded with a single conviction: that high-quality, domain-specific software should not be the exclusive privilege of large institutions or foreign-funded organisations. Bangladesh has a rapidly growing professional class — doctors, educators, legal practitioners — who deserve tools built for their exact context, language, workflow, and regulatory environment.
Our first product, DoctorOS BD, addresses a critical gap in Bangladesh's primary care infrastructure. Hundreds of thousands of BMDC-registered physicians still rely on handwritten prescriptions, physical registers, and fragmented paperwork. DoctorOS BD replaces this with a secure, structured, and fully BMDC-compliant digital platform — saving time, reducing errors, and creating an auditable clinical record for every patient interaction.
